Provide clear next steps – Tell the candidate what to do next (e.g., schedule a call).

Essential elements of a strong message:

  • Job title & company name – Clearly state what the role is and who’s hiring.

  • Job responsibilities - site clean up, flagging etc

  • Pay range – Transparency improves response rates.

  • Recruiter contact info – Include your name, phone number, and email for easy follow-up.
