Question: What is the benefit of adding on past employers to a search?

✅ Answer: Using the Past Employers filter is a fast and easy way to find craft workers with the right experience.

Employers love this feature because it eliminates guesswork. Just select one or more companies from the Past Employer drop-down (or add a new one) to find workers trained and vetted by employers you trust.

How to use it:

1️⃣ Go to a search

2️⃣ Tap the filter icon

3️⃣ Scroll down to Advanced > Past Employers

4️⃣ Start typing company names and select from the auto-suggestions

👉 Put a candidate’s past employers to work for you
