Employers tell us that worker photos are helpful for:
✅ A quick visual check for trade fit – Sometimes it’s clear at a glance if someone looks field-ready for roles like rodbusting, welding or heavy equipment operations.
✅ Understanding context – Is the photo taken on a jobsite? Are they in PPE? These cues can help set expectations.
✅ Recognizing past employees – “I think they’ve worked with us before”. It happens.

1️⃣ Tap the pencil icon on the left hand side of your Skillit dashboard
2️⃣ At the top, select Search Criteria
3️⃣ Scroll down to Advanced
