1. Search-Specific Profiles

Skililt profiles are context-dependent, so at the top right of every profile you'll see a drop-down with all your previously-created searches. In this example, you're looking for Electricians, so the info on the worker's profile will be prioritized to emphasize Electrician-related info.

In this example, we're looking for Carpenters, and you can see that Carpentry skills which this work lacks are highlighted in red:

2. Profile Basics

At the top of every profile just below the worker's name is their summary information, including the trade that matched your search (many workers have more than one trade, so as explained above, we're prioritizing whichever trade you are searching for at the moment), location, desired pay rate, overall length of experience, languages (* = preferred) any assessment scores that are available and previous employers.

Farther down is the Areas of Experience section (read more about how Skillit categorizes workers by Trade, Skill Group and Skill here), which details the specific length of time the worker has performed that Skill or worked in that Area of Expertise:

Remember, Skills related to your search are prioritized, and any from that Trade which are missing will be highlighted in red.
