✅ Answer: Absolutely! There are a couple of ways to do it.
One way is through your Sam command center. Just open the calendar icon in the top right, select the candidate you completed a call with, and mark them as “Hired” right in their profile.
Another way is directly from the candidate’s profile page. Simply open their profile and select More and then the “Hired” option.
📌 Note: Marking a candidate as “Hired” helps:
Deprioritize hired workers so they don’t appear in other customer searches.
Teach the system which types of workers your team hires most often, improving future recommendations.
Strengthen our acquisition efforts so we can attract more candidates with the right experience.
