1. How to Post Your Jobs

As an employer, you can post jobs directly on our platform, and qualified craft workers who match your criteria can express interest with just a click. (Plus, you still have the power to actively search for candidates whenever you need to.)

This two-way search power means you can:

  • Attract interested, pre-vetted craft worker candidates via your job posts

  • Proactively search for the perfect fit when you need it

You can post your open jobs under 'Candidates' > 'Applied Workers'

💡Pro Tip: Make sure your company logo and info are updated in your settings. Craft workers will see your company branding when indicating their interest.

To promote your job, first write a quick job summary, and we’ll reach out to workers who match your criteria.

Next, view your applicants. When workers begin to express interest in your promoted jobs, they’ll show up in your Candidates tab under ‘Applied Workers.’

Finally, to follow up with craft worker candidates, use the green 'contact' button.

2. How to Set and Track Your Hiring Targets

As an employer, you can post jobs directly on our platform, and qualified craft workers who match your criteria can express interest with just a click. (Plus, you still have the power to actively search for candidates whenever you need to.)

Share your recruitment goals, and we'll build a tailored action plan to get you there. Just tell us how many roles you need to fill and by when.

Your personalized dashboard provides real-time insights into your hiring funnel, showing you exactly how many craft workers to reach out to each week to hit your targets.
